AMISH COUNTRY STORE PRODUCT RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES

Amish Country Store values our relationship with you. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you want to return a product you have purchased from Amish Country Store, you can return the product to us. The following policy applies to all returns, refunds and exchanges.

PRODUCT RETURN

  • Any product may be returned within five days of purchase, provided that it is unused, in like-new condition. To return a product, call us at (866) 891-5514. Be sure to have your order number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of all packages you return.
  • All returned products must be returned in the original packaging, including all items originally packaged with the product if applicable. Products must be well packed to avoid breakage during the return shipping process. Please include the original customer receipt with the returned product.
  • If you purchased the product from one of our authorized dealers, follow the return policies provided by that dealer.
  • ALL RETURNS REQUIRE THE ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT.

SHIPPING

  • All products must be returned shipped to our physical address at:
     3100 N. Gretna, Branson, MO, 65616
  • We will pay for shipping ONLY if the product is being returned due to an error in processing or shipping from our facility. Or if the product is defective. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying the shipping charges for any items returned or exchanged.
  • When shipping products back to us, retain a copy of the tracking number from the shipping carrier of your choice. If we provide the pre-arranged shipping, we will use FedEx.
  • Products returned more than thirty (30) days after the date of purchase with out pre-approval will not be refunded or exchanged.

RESTOCKING FEE

  • A restocking fee of $5.00 may be charged for products returned that have been damaged by improper packaging, or which do not include all components as requested above. Restocking requirements and fees may vary by type of product being returned.

DAMAGED ITEMS AND SHORTAGES

  • Please report any damaged or missing items in your order within three (3) days of delivery by calling us toll-free (866) 891-5514 Monday - Saturday. Returns can not be processed on Sundays.

CANCELLATIONS

Changes to or cancellations of orders must be reported to Amish Country Store within 24 hours after your order is submitted.
